Hack the city. Skip the tourist maps. Join a local insider to chase the best neon lights, 22nd-floor plazas, and hidden vintage streets. A dynamic route that changes with the city’s rhythm.

Chongqing at night is the most visually intense city in China. Neon signs stack ten stories high. Highways spiral around skyscrapers. A monorail punches through the 6th floor of an apartment building. Fog rolls in from the Yangtze and erases the lower half of the skyline, leaving the upper towers floating in mid-air like something out of a science fiction film.

And 95% of tourists see exactly none of it. They stand inside Hongyadong, wait 40 minutes for an elevator, buy a souvenir, and go back to their hotel thinking they saw Chongqing.

This tour exists for the other 5%.

Your guide is a local visual expert who grew up in these vertical neighborhoods. They do not follow a script. They read the city: the fog level, the light schedule, the crowd density, the construction zones. The route changes every night because Chongqing changes every night. The only thing that stays the same is the guarantee that you will see views that no one else in your hotel lobby saw.

Bonus: If we get lucky, we might catch a drone show or a fog layer that makes the city look magical.

100% Private

Your guide works exclusively for your group. The route, the pace, and the stops bend to your energy and curiosity. Stay longer at a viewpoint if the light is perfect. Skip a stop if you are tired. This is your night.

Crossing to the "Secret South Bank"

We escape the tourist chaos! We cross the Yangtze River (via Metro or Bridge) to the quiet south side. We explore an old vintage district (“La La Land” vibes) where historical bricks meet modern city lights.

Common Questions & Need-to-Knows

Because we prioritize views over crowds. The interior of Hongyadong is strictly a commercial shopping mall packed with tourists. Instead of waiting for elevators, we guide you to exclusive viewpoints on the opposite bank or hidden terraces. This allows you to capture the magnificent panorama of the illuminated stilt houses a view you absolutely cannot see from the inside.

This is an “Urban Safari” involving backstreets, some stairs, and walking (~3-4km). It is not recommended for strollers, wheelchairs, or anyone with serious knee problems. However, since it’s a private tour, we can adjust the pace or take more taxis if you prefer a relaxed vibe.

Chongqing is famous for its misty atmosphere, which enhances the cinematic “Cyberpunk” aesthetic. The tour operates rain or shine, as wet streets create beautiful light reflections for photography. In the event of severe weather warnings, we will, of course, offer a free reschedule or a full refund for your safety.

No entry tickets are needed for our secret spots! The tour price covers the guide. You only need to cover your own transportation (Metro/Taxi is very cheap, ~¥10-20) and any snacks/drinks you want along the way.

We understand that Chongqing’s “8D” geography can be confusing. After booking, your guide will contact you via WhatsApp to provide a precise GPS location and a photo guide of the meeting point. We are also happy to speak with your taxi driver to ensure you arrive at the correct location smoothly.
